This is a great Yahoo group run by Bee Wilder. This was my safe-haven to discover how to eat right to heal my body from taking dangerous antibiotics (the nurse at my university clinic prescribed me 3 antibiotics to take at once and it wiped my body clean of bacteria and the yeast took over and wreaked havoc on my body for a long time; now I finally have it under control). This site was the answer to my prayers after having tried a lot of costly, horrible advice I found elsewhere. This site also led me to find the Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates, which I highly recommend reading in the case of suffering from autism, obesity, candidiasis, and the list goes on.
